Reports in Europe claim that former Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti is on the verge of becoming Paris Saint-Germain's manager.

Carlo Ancelotti is believed to be on the verge of becoming Paris Saint-Germain's new manager.

Speculation has surrounded the future of PSG manager Antoine Kombouare, with reports in France and Italy claiming that the former Chelsea manager is close to joining the billionaire club, according to The Guardian.

It is believed that the ex-AC Milan boss will pen a two-and-a-half-year deal in Paris, which will come into effect on January 1.

Ancelotti could be coaching former England captain David Beckham, as the out-of-contract star has been linked with a switch to PSG.
