Real Madrid defender Alvaro Arbeloa has backed teammate Cristiano Ronaldo following reports that the Portuguese forward is annoyed with the club's officials for not fully supporting him.
Ronaldo revealed on Sunday that he "unhappy with some people" at Madrid, sparking suggestions in the media that he wants more backing from the club to win the 2012 Fifa Ballon d'Or.
"If you are not careful with the media, they will make you love the oppressor and hate the oppressed," Arbeloa tweeted on Monday.
Arbeloa also selected a picture of him with Ronaldo as his avatar on his official Twitter page.
