Sam Allardyce: 'We must maintain home form'

West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce wants his side to maintain their home form on Saturday against Manchester United.

West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce has urged his players to continue their winning run at home as they prepare to take on Manchester United on Saturday.

The Hammers have won their last three home games but have lost two in a row away to Everton and Stoke City respectively, and Allardyce said that by putting the most focus into home games they can get the required points to stay clear of relegation this season.

"Our efforts at home are what I have been focusing on with the players," Sky Sports News quotes Allardyce as saying.

"We have won the last three home games on the trot and we have to try to continue that if we can to overcome the little blip we have suffered following two away games we have taken nothing from.

"The focus is to maintain the home results and try our best to pull off a big win, but if we can't, come away with at least a point."

West Ham are currently 12th in the Premier League, six points above the relegation zone.
