Two Singaporean businessmen have been convicted for being involved in a match-fixing plot in lower-league football.
Chann Sankaran and Krishna Ganeshan have been found guilty on one charge of conspiracy to commit bribery.
The jury, which included five women and seven men, delivered the verdict today on the pair, who are said to have come to the UK with the intent of fixing football matches in the Conference and League Two.
Footballer Hakeem Adelakun, 23, has been cleared of the same charge at Birmingham Crown Court.
The two convicted are yet to be sentenced, but could face 10 years in prison.
