Ajax captain Siem de Jong reveals his ambition to play in the Bundesliga when he leaves the Dutch giants.

Ajax attacking midfielder Siem de Jong has admitted that he would like to make a move to the Bundesliga in the future.

The 23-year-old is keen to join his brother, Luuk de Jong, who plays for German side Borussia Monchengladbach.

Despite his claims, De Jong insisted that he is not "in a hurry" to leave Holland and said he is willing to play out the last two years of his contract at the Amsterdam giants.

"I would like to play in the Bundesliga someday," he told NuSport.

"I don't know why, but I think that the competition in Germany will suit me. Maybe it's because my brother Luuk already plays there.

"After the summer I still have a contract at Ajax for two seasons, so I'm not in a hurry to leave. I would like to win the Dutch title again this season and maybe also reach the Europa League final."

De Jong, who captains Frank de Boer's side, has earned one cap for the Netherlands.
