Arsene Wenger expects Santi Cazorla to return after international break

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says that Santi Cazorla is expected to return to action after the international break in October.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that Santi Cazorla will have to wait longer than he expected to return to action.

The midfielder said yesterday that he hoped to play in next week's Premier League clash against West Bromwich Albion following his absence from the Gunners' last four matches with an ankle injury.

However, Wenger claimed in a news conference this morning that Cazorla is likely to be fit after the international break, which takes place around the weekend of October 12/13.

Meanwhile, the Frenchman has admitted that he still sees his future at the Emirates.
