Cesc Fabregas: 'I would return to Arsenal'

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas reveals that he would be open to the idea of returning to former club Arsenal as a coach in the future.

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has revealed that he would be open to the idea of returning to former club Arsenal as a coach in the future.

Fabregas spent eight years as an Arsenal player between 2003 and 2011, joining as a 16-year-old and going on to make more than 300 first-team appearances for the club before moving to Barcelona.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger turned down the chance to re-sign Fabregas in 2014, but despite being on the end of hostility from some Gunners fans after subsequently joining London rivals Chelsea, the 30-year-old has refused to rule out the possibility of returning to the Emirates Stadium.

In a question and answer session on Twitter, one user asked Fabregas: "Would you return to Arsenal as a coach in the future if you had the opportunity?"

Fabregas won just one FA Cup crown during his time at Arsenal.
