Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has insisted that he is close to finding his best form.
Injuries have prevented the Wales international from hitting the heights he reached last season, but he is confident of delivering his best on a regular basis after being boosted by his own performance in the loss to Manchester United on the weekend.
"I think I had a hamstring injury and it takes a few games to get back to your best," Ramsey told reporters. "In the last game was the first time in a long time that I felt sharp again and felt like I was physically there. Hopefully I can continue that and have a very successful season.
"It did take me a few games to get back. Against Manchester United was the first time that I felt physically sharp and where I could recover a lot better after my runs forward.
"But I'm not worried at all. I still believe in my qualities, and I'm confident that I can show that again this year. There will be plenty more opportunities."
Ramsey has scored twice this season after finding the net 18 times in all competitions in the last campaign.
