Report: Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger to rotate again at Tottenham Hotspur

Arsene Wenger plans on sticking with his rotation policy and will name another under-strength side in the upcoming League Cup trip to Spurs, according to reports.

Arsene Wenger reportedly has no plans of discarding his rotation policy even after Arsenal's 2-1 Champions League defeat at Dinamo Zagreb on Wednesday night.

The French coach made no fewer than six changes to his first XI last night as he kept one eye on Saturday's Premier League grudge match away to Chelsea.

Despite the result, Wenger remains unperturbed and the 65-year-old will rotate again when they visit Tottenham Hotspur in the League Cup on Wednesday, according to The Mirror.

The report goes on to claim that part of the reason behind his rotation is to keep a promise to goalkeeper David Ospina, who stayed in North London even after Petr Cech signed from Chelsea.

The Colombian stopper, who started in Croatia, was said to be keen on leaving the Emirates after being displaced as their number one, but Wenger convinced him that he would get game time.

The Gunners' defeat in Zagreb was Ospina's first appearance of the season.
