Manchester United's Premier League struggles continued on Sunday, with the Red Devils suffering a 2-0 loss to Crystal Palace, but the club are working to boost their squad before the end of the January transfer window.
The 20-time English champions are not going to challenge for a top-four spot in the Premier League table, but they are still active in the FA Cup and are through to the knockout round of the Europa League.
As a result, it could still be a successful campaign for the Red Devils, who have seriously underperformed this term.
Here, Sports Mole takes a look at who Ruben Amorim's side could sign and sell on transfer deadline day.

Deadline day 2025: Man United's possible transfer targets
Man United are hoping to bring a new forward to Old Trafford before the end of the January market, with Bayern Munich's Mathys Tel thought to be their leading target, and the Red Devils were said to be in pole position.
Tel has already rejected a move to Tottenham Hotspur, and it is understood that the 19-year-old has made it clear that he wants to join Man United.
However, late on Sunday night, reports from Germany said that a switch to Old Trafford had collapsed, with the two clubs unable to find a common ground in their negotiations, with Arsenal now seemingly at the head of the queue.
The Red Devils have allowed Antony to leave, while Marcus Rashford has joined Aston Villa, with the 20-time English champions therefore needing to boost their forward options for the second half of the campaign.
Tel had allegedly been the main target for Man United, but VIlla's Leon Bailey and Chelsea's Christopher Nkunku are alternatives, and one of those could arrive before the deadline.
The club are not expected to enter the market for a new centre-back, though, despite fears that Lisandro Martinez could miss the remainder of the season with a serious knee injury.

Who could leave Man United on deadline day 2025?
Rashford's switch to Villa was confirmed on Sunday night, with the forward joining Unai Emery's side on an initial loan deal, with the option to sign him on a permanent basis for £40m this summer.
Alejandro Garnacho has also been heavily linked with a move away from Old Trafford, with Chelsea and Napoli both keen on the Argentina international, who was again in the starting XI against Palace on Sunday.
Man United are not actively looking to sell Garnacho, but it is believed that an offer in the region of £60m would be seriously considered, as his sale would count as pure profit under the Premier League's rules surrounding Profit and Sustainability.
Tyrell Malacia has seen a proposed loan move to Benfica collapse, but the Netherlands international is still expected to leave Old Trafford before the end of the winter market.
Victor Lindelof and Christian Eriksen are both out of contract at the end of the season, but the pair are unlikely to leave on Monday, with the duo instead set to depart on free transfers this summer.
Casemiro is another to be linked with a move, and there is believed to be a degree of interest from Roma, but the Brazilian is likely to finish the season at Man United before leaving this summer.
Joshua Zirkzee will also be staying despite being heavily linked with a return to Serie A earlier in the window.

Who have Man United signed so far in January 2025?
Man United have made two signings during the January market, with Ayden Heaven's arrival from Arsenal being confirmed on Saturday, before a deal for Patrick Dorgu was announced on Sunday.
Both players were presented to the Old Trafford crowd before the game against Palace, and the pair could potentially be in the squad for next Friday's FA Cup fourth-round contest with Leicester City.
Heaven, 18, will be a part of Man United's first-team squad, with the London-born defender highly-rated.
Dorgu, meanwhile, could become the starter down the left, with the Denmark international proving to be an important player for Lecce this term, and he is expected to be involved at some stage of the fixture with Leicester.
