Bacary Sagna admits Bradley Johnson hatred

Bacary Sagna says that he still holds a grudge over Norwich City's Bradley Johnson, who he feels deliberately broke his leg during a match with Arsenal.

Arsenal defender Bacary Sagna has admitted that he is "still annoyed" with Norwich City's Bradley Johnson for breaking his leg.

Having missed a chunk of the campaign with the problem in October 2011, the Frenchman suffered a recurrence of the injury last May during a clash with Johnson at the Emirates Stadium.

Sagna returned to action earlier this season, but admits that he still holds a grudge against the Canaries midfielder.

"At that moment, I felt hate towards destiny," Sagna told L'Equipe.

"I was also annoyed with my opponent, because he didn't have to overdo things.

"For me, it was deliberate. I'm still angry with him today. You can injure someone, but after that...I will never forget it."

Sagna is currently on duty with the French national side after receiving his first international call-up since September 2011.
