Alexis Sanchez hopeful of Arsenal silverware

Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez is confident that more silverware is on its way to the club.

Alexis Sanchez has claimed that Arsenal have the players to win "absolutely anything".

The Gunners, who lifted the FA Cup last season, are currently in eighth place in the Premier League table and are expected to qualify from their group in the Champions League.

Despite some lingering doubts over Arsenal's credentials, Sanchez is confident that more silverware is on its way to the Emirates Stadium.

"I want to win everything," he told the club's official website. "Looking at the coaches and players we have, with a winning attitude and ambition, we can win absolutely anything.

"Compared to the other leagues I've played in, I think this is the hardest and I like it a lot, I really do. Before I signed, people had told me about how Arsenal were a big club with lots of quality players. Now I'm here, I look at all the players during training and realise just what fantastic quality they all have."

Sanchez has scored five goals in 12 games for Arsenal following his summer move from Barcelona.
