Emile Smith Rowe is back on the bench for Arsenal against Leicester City, but Takehiro Tomiyasu misses out once again.

Emile Smith Rowe is back on the bench for Arsenal against Leicester City in Sunday's Premier League clash, but Takehiro Tomiyasu misses out once again.

Smith Rowe was absent from the Gunners' wins over Watford and Wolverhampton Wanderers due to illness but has been passed fit for a spot among the substitutes at the Emirates.

However, Tomiyasu is yet to overcome his calf problem, with Cedric Soares once again deputising at right-back in an unchanged Gunners rearguard.

Granit Xhaka and Thomas Partey continue in the midfield, as Martin Odegaard acts as the creative focal point with Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli on the flanks.

Despite failing to find the back of the net against Watford, Alexandre Lacazette - who bagged two assists at Vicarage Road - continues to lead the line as Eddie Nketiah takes his place on the bench.

Arsenal starting lineup:Ramsdale; Cedric, White, Gabriel, Tierney; Xhaka, Partey; Saka, Odegaard, Martinelli; Lacazette

Substitutes: Leno, Holding, Tavares, Swanson, Lokonga, Elneny, Pepe, Smith Rowe, Nketiah
