Juventus plotting move for Arsenal's Thomas Partey?

Juventus reportedly prepare to reignite their interest in Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey ahead of the summer transfer window.

Juventus are reportedly ready to try to prise Thomas Partey away from Arsenal in the summer transfer window.

The former Atletico Madrid man initially struggled to show his best form for the Gunners, with a number of niggling injuries bedevilling him at the Emirates.

However, Partey has since formed an effective midfield partnership with Granit Xhaka under Mikel Arteta, starting 19 Premier League games for the top-four chasing Gunners so far this season.

Partey is under contract at the Emirates until the summer of 2025, but Tuttosport claims that Juventus will attempt to reignite their interest in the 28-year-old at the end of the season.

The report adds that Juve are highly unlikely to pull off a deal for Partey given his contract situation, and Lille's Renato Sanches is also on their radar.

Partey has registered one goal and four assists in 55 matches for Arsenal since arriving from Atletico in the summer of 2020.
