Birmingham City goalkeeper Jack Butland is on Arsene Wenger's summer shopping list at Arsenal.
The 19-year-old is currently on loan at Cheltenham Town, where he has kept nine clean sheets in 18 appearances.
The Blues are reluctant to lose the England under-21 international, however a Gunners bid of £5m including add-ons is likely to be accepted, according to The Mirror.
North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur are also long-term admirers of the player, who is seen by Harry Redknapp as a possible replacement for 40-year-old Brad Friedel.
