Arsenal outcast Mesut Ozil has reportedly been offered a staggering £15m-a-year deal by Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr amid speculation over his future.
The midfielder did not play a single minute of football for the Gunners following the restart, but Ozil has made it clear on multiple occasions that he intends to see out the remainder of his Arsenal contract, which expires in 2021.
However, Ozil's relationship with the club has become even more strained after the Germany international refused to join his teammates in taking a pay cut amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Fenerbahce have been previously linked with a swoop for the former Real Madrid man, but according to Turkish outlet Fanatik, Al-Nassr have touched base with Ozil regarding a potential move to Saudi Arabia.
The report claims that Al-Nassr are willing to offer Ozil a staggering £15m a year in wages to make the switch to the Pro League, and while the club would prefer to agree a fee with Arsenal this summer, the Saudi Arabian side could also attempt to lure Ozil to join next year when his Gunners deal runs out.
Ozil has amassed 44 goals in 254 games for the Gunners since arriving in 2013, but the 31-year-old only managed one goal from 23 appearances in the most recent campaign.
