Real Madrid are reportedly preparing a contract proposal for Eduardo Camavinga, with the midfielder in line and a new-and-improved deal in the Spanish capital.
The 20-year-old has been a vital player for Carlo Ancelotti's side during the 2022-23 campaign, featuring on 49 occasions in all competitions, contributing one assist in the process.
Camavinga primarily operates as a central midfielder for Los Blancos but has also been used as a left-back, featuring in that area in both legs of the Champions League quarter-final with Chelsea.
The France international also played at full-back against Celta Vigo on Saturday, with Ferland Mendy and David Alaba both currently on the sidelines through injury.
Camavinga has now made 89 appearances for Los Blancos since arriving from Rennes in August 2021, but there was talk surrounding his future earlier this year.

Arsenal are believed to be firm admirers of the Frenchman, and it was suggested in January that the Gunners were lining up a loan approach for the midfielder.
However, Real Madrid signalled that they were not prepared to let him leave, and the youngster has been a vital player for Ancelotti's side in recent months.
Following Real Madrid's 2-0 win over Celta at the weekend, Ancelotti lavished praise on Camavinga, claiming that he had the potential to play "in any position on the pitch".
"He's a player with extraordinary quality in all aspects: physical, technical and tactically, where he's improving. He can play in any position on the pitch. He could play as a central midfielder and in the number 10 role. He's a special player with great attributes," said the Italian.

According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Real Madrid are currently preparing a new contract proposal for Camavinga despite the player having another four years left to run on his deal.
Romano claims that his salary will be improved, and Los Blancos are also keen to raise his release clause, which could be set as high as £1bn (£890m).
Camavinga is said to be aware of the growing interest from the Premier League but is only interested in staying at Real Madrid, who are still active in three competitions at this late stage of the campaign.
Los Blancos are 11 points behind leaders Barcelona in the La Liga table, while they will take on Osasuna in the Copa del Rey final and Manchester City in the semi-finals of the Champions League next month.
