Report: Arsenal agree deal to sign Polish youngster Krystian Bielik

Polish youngster Kystian Bielik will join Arsenal for a fee of £1.6m in the New Year, according to a report.

Arsenal have reportedly reached an agreement with Legia Warsaw for the services of teenage midfielder Krystian Bielik.

The 16-year-old, who has been touted as being the next Patrick Vieira, is said to have agreed terms of a move to the Emirates Stadium with a £1.6m transfer to go through in the New Year.

Bielik, who was due to fly to London this week in order to finalise a deal, will see his wages increase from £125 to £2,000 a week, according to The Telegraph.

It is also claimed that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is looking to sign Virgil van Dijk from Celtic in January, although the Hoops are reluctant to let go of the defender.
