Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to be fit in time for Arsenal's clash against Liverpool?

Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could be fit in time to face Liverpool in the Premier League, according to a report in the press.

Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is expected to be fit for the club's coming Premier League clash with Liverpool, according to a report in the press.

The Telegraph suggests that despite choosing to still closely assess Oxlade-Chamberlain, both the London club and the player himself are confident that the England international could make the Gunners' trip to Anfield on Sunday.

Oxlade-Chamberlain was substituted late on during Arsenal's 4-1 victory over Newcastle United last weekend, having recently played through inflammation in his groin.

Coach Arsene Wenger already has a number of midfield injury concerns to deal with, as Jack Wilshere, Aaron Ramsey, Tomas Rosicky and Mikel Arteta all face time on the sidelines.
