Report: Arsenal rival Inter Milan for Rennes winger Ismaila Sarr

Rennes winger Ismaila Sarr, previously linked with a move to Inter Milan, is reportedly a target for Unai Emery's Arsenal.

Arsenal have joined Inter Milan in the race to sign Rennes winger Ismaila Sarr, according to a report.

The Senegal international is rumoured to be valued at £20m by the Ligue 1 side after emerging as one of Europe's top young talents.

Sarr, nominated for the Golden Boy award, has previously stressed that he is happy at Rennes amid strong links with Inter.

That has not stopped Arsenal from showing an interest, though, with The Mirror reporting that the Gunners are keen to bring in a wide player in the mould of Sarr.

A number of other clubs are said to have made checks on the 20-year-old, who featured three times for his national side in Russia.
