Aston Villa are reportedly contemplating whether to enter the race to sign Rangers midfielder Joe Aribo.
The 25-year-old is currently preparing for Wednesday's Europa League final with Eintracht Frankfurt, the winner of that showdown qualifying for next season's Champions League.
Should Rangers earn a spot in the group stages of European football's premier competition, they will do everything possible to retain the services of their best players, a list that will include Aribo.
However, the former Charlton Athletic youngster has just over a year left on his contract, a situation which is naturally leading to interest in his signature.
According to The Sun, Aribo's former Rangers boss Steven Gerrard is monitoring any developments as he plots a move for the playmaker.
The report suggests that Rangers may be prepared to sell for in the region of £10m, despite Aribo showing his importance to the squad with 55 appearances in all competitions this season.
Crystal Palace and Brentford are also said to be admirers of Aribo, who may be open to returning to London.
