Atletico Madrid are reportedly preparing a surprise January swoop for Malaga attacker Samu Castillejo.
The 19-year-old has been an ever-present for Malaga this season, with his performances drawing a host of interest from across Europe.
According to AS, Atletico boss Diego Simeone is a keen admirer of the Spaniard and will make a move at the start of next month.
The youngster has a contract at La Rosaleda until 2018, while it is understood that he has a buy-out clause in the region of £15m.
Samu has made 14 league appearances for Malaga this season.
