AC Milan are reportedly preparing a January approach for Barcelona's versatile winger Aleix Vidal.
Vidal, 28, was widely tipped to leave during the summer transfer window, but the Spaniard has been a regular for Ernesto Valverde's side in the early stages of the 2017-18 campaign.
Indeed, the winger, who is also capable of operating at right-back, has played five of Barcelona's seven La Liga matches this term.
Vidal's long-term future at Camp Nou is in doubt, however, and according to CalcioMercato, Milan are planning a move at the start of 2018 as the Italian giants look to replace the injured Andrea Conti, who could be out until March.
Milan have collected 12 points from their seven Serie A matches this season, which has left the San Siro giants in seventh position in the table.
