Barcelona have reportedly informed Ousmane Dembele that they have made their final offer of a new contract.
The France international now has six months remaining on his existing deal, allowing the attacker to hold discussions with foreign clubs.
As it stands, it appears that the 24-year-old is generating interest at several teams who may be prepared to offer wages in excess of what he could receive at Camp Nou.
Nevertheless, according to Marca, Barcelona have no intention of increasing their efforts to tie down Dembele to a long-term deal.
The report says that club officials believe that they have made a fair offer and are not prepared to allocate further funds when the financial situation behind the scenes is already stretched.
Newcastle United have allegedly emerged as one of the frontrunners due to their willingness to offer more than the Catalan giants.
