Sports Mole previews this weekend's Championship clash between Barnsley and Hull City, who could secure automatic promotion with a win.

Automatic Premier League promotion is the reward for Hull City if they manage to defeat struggling Barnsley at Oakwell this Saturday.

Manager Steve Bruce can return to the top flight with a single point this weekend, but only if third-placed Watford fail to snatch maximum points from Leicester City tomorrow.

In contrast, Barnsley, who sit in the bottom three on goal difference, have failed to pick up a victory in their previous five matches, but they could be buoyed by Hull's struggle to grab a win in their last two fixtures.

Bruce's men have also been finding it difficult to get the ball in the back of the net and have a record of just three goals in their last five games.

The home side could keep Reuben Noble-Lazarus and Chris O'Grady up front, while Hull are likely to opt for a five-man midfield.

Recent form

Barnsley: DDLDD

Sports Mole says: 0-1
