Team News: Emre Can back to defence for Bayer Leverkusen

Emre Can is named at left-back for Bayer Leverkusen as they look to overcome an unchanged Stuttgart lineup.

Bayer Leverkusen coach Sami Hyypia has restored Emre Can to left-back from midfield as he looks to put an end to his side's Bundesliga losing streak of three games.

The midfield three for the hosts is made up of Lars Bender, Stefan Reinartz and Simon Rolfes, while Stefan Kiessling leads the line as usual.

Meanwhile for the visitors, Thomas Schneider has given a second chance to the same XI that narrowly lost to Bayern Munich as he makes no changes from Wednesday's match.

Bayer: Leno; Hilbert, Toprak, Spahic, Can; Bender, Reinartz, Rolfes; Castro, Kiessling, Son

Stuttgart: Ulreich; Sakai, Schwaab, Rudiger, Rausch; Harnik, Khedira, Leitner, Werner; Ibisevic, Abdellaoue
