Jupp Heynckes insists that his Bayern Munich side will be heading out to defeat Villarreal tomorrow evening.

Bayern Munich coach Jupp Heynckes has insisted that his players will be heading out to defeat Villarreal tomorrow, despite already ensuring their qualification to round two of the Champions League.

Heynckes is also keen for his team to return to winning ways following their 1-0 loss to Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga on Saturday afternoon.

"We have big ambitions in the Champions League," the coach said during a press conference. "It's good that on Tuesday we have our next encounter.

"I think we have digested the defeat to Dortmund and I am confident that we can defend our leading position in the group."

Arjen Robben is expected to start for Bayern tomorrow after spending time on the sidelines with a knee injury.
