Reports on Twitter suggest that Raul could join Bayern Munich as assistant coach next season.

Former Schalke 04 and Real Madrid striker Raul could reportedly join Pep Guardiola at Bayern Munich next season.

Guardiola was confirmed as the new Bayern manager on Wednesday, with the former Barcelona boss agreeing to take charge of the Bundesliga outfit in July.

However, according to a host of journalists on Twitter, Guardiola wants the former Spanish striker to become his assistant manager next season.

Raul, who is regarded as one of the best strikers of all time, currently plays for Qatar outfit Al Sadd.
