Juventus turn down a €45m (£38.3m) bid from Bayern Munich for Arturo Vidal, according to Jupp Heynckes's agent.

The agent of Bayern Munich coach Jupp Heynckes has revealed that the Bundesliga outfit have failed with a €45m (£38.3m) bid for Juventus forward Arturo Vidal.

Bayern have been one of a number of clubs named as potential suitors for the Chilean, who has scored eight goals in 27 appearances in Serie A this season.

Enrique Reyes, Heynckes's agent, says that the Bavarian club have already had a bid turned down.

"There was an offer for Vidal worth €45m, but Juventus made it clear they did not want to sell the player," he told Cadena Cope.

Reyes has also claimed that Robert Lewandowski has agreed a move to the Allianz Arena.
