Friday's Euro 2020 quarter-final predictions including Belgium vs. Italy

Sports Mole provides score predictions for both of Friday's Euro 2020 quarter-final fixtures - Switzerland vs. Spain and Belgium vs. Italy.

Switzerland vs. Spain (Friday, 5.00pm)

Fresh from eliminating tournament favourites France in the round of 16, Switzerland will attempt to advance to the final four of Euro 2020 when they face Spain in St Petersburg on Friday night.

Switzerland shocked France on penalties to secure their spot in the quarter-finals, while Spain beat Croatia 5-3 after extra-time to progress to the final eight of this summer's European Championship.

We say: Switzerland 1-2 Spain

This is a very, very dangerous game for Spain, as Switzerland will be full of confidence following their win over France. La Roja have shown a lot of encouraging signs in their last two fixtures, though, and we fancy Enrique's side to advance to the final eight courtesy of a 2-1 win, which could come after extra-time.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Belgium vs. Italy (Friday, 8.00pm)

Two continental heavyweights go head-to-head on Friday night, as Belgium clash with Italy in the Euro 2020 quarter-finals.

The pair convene at Munich's Allianz Arena, with the Belgians currently ranked the world's number one side, having not lost this year, while the Azzurri celebrated a new national record of 31 games unbeaten in the previous round.

We say: Belgium 1-2 Italy

The pick of the quarter-finals, this clash is an incredibly difficult one to call, as moments of individual quality are likely to be all that separates the teams over the course of 90 minutes - and possibly extra time.

Italy may progress to the semi-finals, however, as Belgium are diminished by injuries sustained in the last 16 and the Azzurri have attacking assets that can decide any game with a flash of inspiration.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a draw or an away win.
