Blackburn Rovers have confirmed that they will visit India next month to play a friendly match.
Rovers were due to tour the country in July, but the trip was postponed following explosions in Mumbai which killed 20 people.
The plans have now been resurrected and Steve Kean's men will take on FC Pune during the international break in October.
"Security is paramount but so is our commitment to bringing Blackburn Rovers to India," club director Balaji Rao said.
"And perhaps the visit now could not have been better timed.
"The club is riding on a high after its big win over Arsenal, and the players are eager to share the glory with their Indian fans."
Blackburn will become the first Premier League club to tour India.
