Steve Kean believes that he can lead Blackburn Rovers to a top-ten finish in the Premier League despite currently sitting in the relegation zone.
The 44-year-old, who has recorded just two wins with the club this season, believes that Rovers can climb up the table in the next few weeks.
When asked by the Lancashire Telegraph if a spot in the top ten of the league was feasible, Kean replied: "Definitely. We want to push on. We feel as if we are in a false position just now but we are here and we have got to keep winning games.
"We are not shy of goals. We are disappointed with the goals we have conceded but we have got a body back in Chris Samba. Once we get a full unit back, we will be much better. We will always score goals and when we have got the unit, we will climb the table fast."
Blackburn travel to the Stadium of Light to take on Sunderland this Sunday.
