Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle has revealed that Fabrice Muamba is still improving as he continues his recovery from a cardiac arrest.
Muamba, who celebrated his 24th birthday three days ago, collapsed during Bolton's FA Cup tie with Tottenham Hotspur after his heart stopped, but has since made an incredible recovery.
There has even been speculation that the midfielder could be back training before the end of the season, although Coyle was keen to take one step at a time.
"He's doing well. My hope is that he comes back to have a great family life and anything on top of that will be a bonus," Coyle told The Sun.
"With his improvement there's always hope, but we don't get too far ahead of ourselves.
"Although we got an incredible lift from his improvement we still have to give it some balance."
Bolton are currently precariously perched in 16th place, just one point clear of the relegation zone.
