Odelusi, who made his senior debut for the Trotters last season, has featured on five occasions in the Championship during the current campaign.
However, he has made only one league appearance since the start of November, resulting in the 20-year-old being allowed to join MK Dons for a month.
Odelusi could feature when MK Dons travel to Bradford City on Saturday.
