Bolton Wanderers manager Neil Lennon has confirmed that he is interested in signing striker Kris Commons from his former club Celtic.
The Trotters boss admitted that he would like to bring the out-of-favour Hoops forward to the Macron Stadium, but has not held talks over the move.
"Kris scored 32 goals for me last year," Lennon told the Daily Record. "Of course I would be interested in him, at the right price.
"But does Kris want to come here? I've never had that conversation. I would be pretty certain Celtic would be unwilling to let him go.
"A month ago he was in talks with the club about extending his contract."
Bolton are in Championship action this afternoon when they pay a visit to Birmingham City.
