Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Braut Haaland has become the fastest player in history to score 15 goals in the Champions League.
The Norwegian - recently named the 2020 Golden Boy - bagged a brace in Dortmund's 3-0 win over Club Brugge on Tuesday evening, with Jadon Sancho also finding the back of the net on the night.
While that means that Haaland has scored in every Champions League game for Lucien Favre's side this season, the 20-year-old has broken yet another record as the fastest player to hit the 15-goal mark in Europe's elite competition - doing so in just 12 matches.
In addition, the former Red Bull Salzburg attacker has now chalked up more goals in the Champions League than footballing legends such as Ronaldo and Zinedine Zidane, as well as current world-renowned strikers Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Roberto Firmino.
The record for the fewest matches to reach 15 goals in the Champions League was previously held by Roberto Soldado and Ruud van Nistelrooy, who both took 19 games to hit that target.
Haaland's brace against Brugge takes him up to 17 goals for the season in all competitions, with the Dortmund man already in double figures in the 2020-21 Bundesliga campaign.
