Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp has been forced to select Sven Bender as a makeshift centre-back to cover for his squad's injury concerns in defence.

Marcel Schmelzer starts at left-back, but Kevin Grosskreutz is preferred to Lukasz Piszczek on the other flank. Robert Lewandowski continues to lead the line as the lone striker.

For Augsburg, Raul Bobadilla, who impressed before the winter break, continues up front with Halil Altintop providing the midfield support.
