Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe only focused on victories

Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe insists that he is only focused gaining victories in his side's last two Championship matches to secure promotion to the Premier League.

Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe has revealed that his side will looking to take advantage of their extra time to prepare for their Championship clash against Bolton Wanderers.

The Cherries are next in action next Monday as they will play after their promotion rivals, which will allow them to weigh up their position in the table before their match at Dean Court.

However, Howe is adamant that his players only have to focus on winning their remaining two matches to secure automatic promotion.

He told Sky Sports News: "It gives us time to prepare for the Bolton game and we haven't had that in recent weeks.

"It's been game after game, as it has for most of the clubs, so we can really plan for this game and we are going to know the results of the other sides. Our job is clear, we just need to win our next two games."

Bournemouth are second in the Championship, level on points with third-placed Middlesbrough.
