Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha says that he is relishing Tuesday's "crazy" meeting with Brighton & Hove Albion.

Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha has said that he is relishing Tuesday's "crazy" meeting with Brighton & Hove Albion.

The two sides, who are separated by 44 miles, will clash in the Premier League for the first time, and it will be the first meeting in the top flight since 1981.

Brighton come into Tuesday's game after losing to Manchester United, while Roy Hodgson's Palace picked up three points against Stoke City last time out courtesy of a late winner.

"All the players know the importance of [Tuesday's game] by now," Zaha told the Eagles' matchday programme.

"We obviously speak about it among ourselves, so everyone knows it is a big game and we need to win it.

"I am looking forward to playing them again, it should be a good game. The atmosphere in those games is crazy."

Zaha featured in the previous meeting between these two sides in 2013, when he scored twice against the Seagulls in a Championship playoff semi-final.
