Bristol City recorded an overdue win against Leicester City today as they ran out 3-2 victors at Ashton Gate.
The hosts had been struggling to pick up points in recent games, and found themselves in the familiar position of being a goal down when Lloyd Dyer fired his shot past David James to give Leicester the lead five minutes before half time.
The Foxes weren't to go into the interval ahead, however, as Derek McInnes's side fought back to equalise immediately before the break courtesy of Khalifa Cisse's goal.
Bristol City continued this momentum into the second half, taking the lead within ten minutes of the restart through Brett Pitman's strike.
They were pegged back with just over ten minutes to go, however, as Neil Danns levelled the sides once again.
The home fans must have feared the worst after their recent form, but they needn't have worried as Jon Stead replied immediately, giving City the lead just one minute after they had lost it.
The result means that Bristol City move up to 20th in the Championship table, while Leicester remain 11th.
