Preview: Nottingham Forest vs. Burnley

Sports Mole previews the Championship meeting between Nottingham Forest and league leaders Burnley.

Championship leaders Burnley face a tough test this weekend when they pay a visit to fellow promotion chasers Nottingham Forest.

Sean Dyche's side have been impressive all season, but two draws on the bounce have seen their lead at the top cut to just two points.

Forest ended a run of shaky form with a laudable 2-0 win at second-placed Leicester City a fortnight ago, in which Simon Cox and Jamie Mackie found the net.

However, Billy Davies's side have been rocked by injuries this past week, with Greg Halford out after taking a knock in training and Jack Hobbs doubtful due to a virus.

Andy Reid and David Vaughan are sidelined after picking up injuries on international duty, while Jamaal Lascelles is the Reds' only recognised centre-back to be passed fit.

Recent form

Forest: DWDLLW

Burnley: WWWWDD

Possible starting lineups

Forest: Darlow; Jara, Harding, Lascelles, Cohen; Lansbury, Majewski, Chalobah, Paterson; Mackie, Cox

Burnley: Heaton, Trippier, Mee, Shackell, Duff, Arfield, Marney, Jones, Kightly, Vokes, Ings

Sports Mole says: 0-1
