Celtic drawn with Red Bull Salzburg in Europa League

Scottish Premiership champions Celtic will play Red Bull Salzburg in the group stages of the Europa League.

Celtic have been handed a relatively favourable draw after being demoted down to the Europa League group stages.

The Scottish giants missed out on a place in the Champions League after losing to Maribor earlier this week, but manager Ronny Deila will be pleased with his side's group for the Europa League.

The Glasgow-based side will play Austria's Red Bull Salzburg, Croatian outfit Dinamo Zagreb and Romanian side FC Astra.

The first round of group fixtures take place on September 18.
