Preview: Aberdeen vs. Celtic

Sports Mole previews Celtic's trip to Pittodrie to face Aberdeen in the Scottish Premiership.

Aberdeen host Celtic on Sunday afternoon aware that three points at Pittodrie will see them overtake their opponents in the Scottish Premiership table.

Since a 2-1 defeat at Celtic Park in September, the Dons have put together of seven wins from nine matches, including 1-0 triumphs in their last three fixtures.

Barring any late fitness issues, boss Derek McInnes should keep the same team for the visit of the champions.

Celtic manager Ronny Deila came under fire during the early stages of his reign at the club but the Norwegian coach has turned his fortunes around with five wins and a draw.

The Bhoys are still two points off the pace in the league table but it's their transformation in Europe that has caught the eye, with Celtic recording eight points from four fixtures in the Europa League.

Strike pairing Anthony Stokes and John Guidetti could earn a recall after missing out on Thursday night.
