Team News: Leigh Griffiths returns for Celtic

Leigh Griffiths returns to Celtic's starting lineup for the team's trip to St Johnstone in the Scottish Premiership.

Leigh Griffiths has been named in Celtic's starting lineup for their Scottish Premiership match against St Johnstone this afternoon.

The striker was rested for the midweek trip to Partick Thistle but comes back in today, while John Guidetti drops to the bench in the only change for Ronny Deila.

Meanwhile, there are four changes for the home side as they try to put their cup defeat to Queen of the South behind them.

David Wotherspoon is suspended for the visit of the champions, but Lee Croft is available again, while Chris Millar and Steven MacLean are back from injuries, and Michael O'Halloran is included up front.

St Johnstone: Mannus, Mackay, Scobbie, Anderson, Easton, Lappin, Millar, Davidson, Croft, O'Halloran, MacLean
Subs: Banks, Wright, Graham, Caddis, McFadden, Miller, Kane

Celtic: Gordon, Matthews, Denayer, Van Dijk, Izaguirre, Brown, Bitton, Mackay-Steven, Johansen, Armstrong, Griffiths
Subs: Zaluska, Ambrose, Henderson, Guidetti, Stokes, Scepovic, McGregor
