Half-Time Report: Chelsea comfortable at the Bridge

An own goal by Daniel Georgievski is all that separates Chelsea and Steaua Bucuresti after 45 minutes of their Champions League clash at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea have dominated the first 45 minutes against Steaua Bucuresti but only lead 1-0 in tonight's final Champions League group-stage clash at Stamford Bridge.

The hosts took the lead in the 10th minute when the ball was nudged home at the back post from Oscar's flick-on. UEFA have since ruled it an own goal by Daniel Georgievski, despite Demba Ba appearing to get the final touch.

The Blues nearly fell prey to Gabriel Iancu moments after going ahead as he found himself one on one with Mark Schwarzer, but the Romanian pulled his effort across goal.

Ciprian Tatarusanu kept out Branislav Ivanovic's point-blank header before Ashley Cole called him into action once more five minutes before half time.
