Preview: Chelsea vs. Steaua Bucuresti

Sports Mole looks ahead to Chelsea's final Champions League group clash against Romanian side Steaua Bucuresti.

Chelsea have already qualified for the knockout stages of the Champions League, albeit in stuttering fashion.

The Blues have recorded two victories against German outfit Schalke 04, while they have also won away in Romania against Wednesday's opponents Steaua Bucuresti.

However, two defeats against Swiss outfit FC Basel have blotted the West Londoner's copybook.

It has also meant that Jose Mourinho's men are yet to seal top spot. A win against Bucuresti would secure it, but a draw may be enough depending on the result of the other group encounter.

Manager Mourinho is likely to have an almost fully fit squad to select from, although David Luiz may miss out again with a knee injury.

Moreover, having spent the last few matches among the substitutes, Ashley Cole may regain his place at left-back.

The only injury concern that the visitors have is over Lucian Filip, who has leg complaint that is likely to rule him out until February.

Even with a victory at Stamford Bridge, Steaua would finish bottom of the group.
