Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart will miss his side's FA Cup semi-final with Chelsea as Costel Pantilimon will start in his place, according to a report.

Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart will reportedly miss his side's FA Cup semi-final with Chelsea as understudy Costel Pantilimon will start in his place.

The England international has not played in a domestic cup competition for Roberto Mancini's side in the last two years.

The Mirror believes that Pantilimon has told people close to him that he will be starting at Wembley in the last-four clash against Rafael Benitez's side.

Hart's last appearance in the FA Cup came against Stoke City when Mancini's side won the competition in 2011.
