Charlie Adam scored from inside his own half to secure Stoke City 1-1 parity with dominant Chelsea at half time of their Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge.
The Scot's sensational equaliser stunned the Blues, who had previously made their constant pressure count through Eden Hazard's cooly-converted penalty.

With Diego Costa only deemed fit enough for a place on the bench, Loic Remy led the Chelsea line and would have put them ahead on two minutes had it not been for Asmir Begovic clawing his deflected shot clear.
Hazard created a couple of chances for himself, shooting high and then tamely at Begovic after mazy runs, before combining with Willian to provide Oscar with a golden opportunity which he rolled wide of the post.
Stoke seemed poised to survive the first-half Chelsea onslaught, but Cesc Fabregas's clever turn drew a rash challenge from Philipp Wollscheid inside the box on 39 minutes, and Hazard fooled Begovic to continue his 100% Premier League record from the spot.
However, a moment of magic from Adam cancelled out all of the home side's good work as he collected a layoff from Jonathan Walters to lob Thibaut Courtois from 60 yards with a genuine goal-of-the-season contender.
