Chelsea will be looking to win successive games for the first time this season when they play host to AC Milan in a mouth-watering Champions League matchup on Tuesday.

The Blues secured their first victory of the Graham Potter era on Saturday when they edged out London rivals Crystal Palace 2-1 at Selhurst Park.

They now turn their attention to the Champions League, where they are currently rooted to the bottom of Group E after picking up just one point from their opening two games.
