Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has played down the achievement of becoming the club's record holder for the number of clean sheets.
The Blues shut out Hull City as they won 2-0 at the KC Stadium, and the result meant that the Czech goalkeeper overtook Peter Bonetti's record of 209 matches without conceding.
Cech told BT Sport: "I think the most important thing is we keep winning games and winning trophies, and hopefully the league.
"The clean sheets will help us and the most pleasing thing is we won an important game. We're top of the league for the first time in a long time and we hope to stay there.
"We hope to keep going and we said that when a new manager comes in with new ideas you have to adapt a little bit and we're getting better. It was not the greatest game from us, but we were solid."
Cech joined Chelsea in 2004.
